Our team of strategists, analysts, and developers has decades of experience using websites, databases, and software applications to help our clients get the most out of their fundraising and engagement tools.

Our core team has been working for non-profits and universities since 1997, and have deep experience as non-profit strategists, SaaS providers and pioneers in data management. For each client engagement, Freeflow assembles a structured team that includes a Project Manager, a Solutions Architect, and an Account Manager, along with the expertise of Freeflow web developers, software engineers and CRM experts.

Peter Davis
Chief Executive Officer

Peter co-founded Freeflow Digital with Sean Fremouw in 2006. He has deep experience in systems integration, data analysis, data transformation and synchronization, database architectures, reporting design, data warehousing, and web based reporting. He’s worked with clients all over the world in sectors ranging from banking to advocacy to pharmaceuticals. Peter holds a BA in History and a MS in Statistics.

Sean Fremouw
Chief Technology Officer

Sean is the co-founder of Freeflow Digital with extensive experience in application design, development, and implementation. He’s worked with non-profit organizations creating interactive database driven websites, data synchronization processes across multiple data providers, and producing backend data management systems. Sean holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Computer Science and a Master of Architecture degree.

Aaron Dietrich
Senior Software Architect

Aaron Dietrich has over 20 years web development experience in the educational, non-profit and corporate sectors. He spent 3 years at the University of Nebraska producing first generation on-line college courses and developing web applications for Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). After spending over a year working for the Fortune 200 Company, First Data, building online banking software, he moved to Eugene Oregon and worked for the University of Oregon, as an Information Technology Specialist, building data driven web applications for the Department of Education and the grant funded Center for Educational Policy Research for over 2 years.  After that, Aaron spent 6 years working for Blackbaud (formerly Kintera and CTSG) working with non-profit organizations as an application developer, project manager, and implementation specialist. His experience includes CMS and CRM development (WordPress and Drupal extrodianare), data integrations, constituency management and web site migrations.  Aaron has been the in-house Full Stack Developers for FFD for the last several years.

Chris Clark
Senior Software Architect

Chris Clark brings over 15 years of experience developing web based CMS systems and Ecommerce applications for many clients including universities, city and county governments, and non-profits. He’s a talented application developer, creating custom CMS and CRM applications. Chris is also proficient in  database integration, SysOps, Drupal and many programming and scripting languages. He holds a BS in Computer Science.

Amanda Thacker Heidtke
Director of Strategy & Implementation Planning

Amanda has 13 years of digital marketing experience being a driving force behind providing leading non-profit organizations the most appropriate digital solutions for their organization’s needs.  Amanda inherently understands the challenges non-profits face and has the keen ability to hear a symptom, identify the problem and scribe a solution.  Part leader and part doer; an experienced strategic solutions visionary with implementation know-how, Amanda ensures development tasks support the defined strategy elements and are executed within the project's scope.

Gordon Withers
Technical Strategist

As a Technical Strategist at Freeflow, Gordon Withers consults on the technology needs of web projects, which includes analyzing clients' technical capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending new technologies and integrations. He also leads new business development for the organization.

Prior to Freeflow, Gordon served as a technology consultant at the nonprofit-focused design agency Threespot, working on accounts such as the Pew Charitable Trusts, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, NOAA, and the Poynter Institute. He also served for five years as the Director of Web Services at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, the leading association for international exchange in higher education. During his time there, he led several high-profile web technology projects, including an award-winning redesign of nafsa.org. Prior to NAFSA, Gordon spent over 10 years as a business analyst, web developer, and programmer.

Gordon graduated from Brandeis University with dual degrees in music and history, and received his MBA from Lynn University.

Rebecca Snyder
Director of Quality Assurance

Rebecca brings her expertise in the areas of usability, systems design, and customer communication. She has experience in the finance, technology, and healthcare industries working in the management of both people and operations. She brought her enthusiasm for customer service and keeping the trains running on time to Freeflow in 2011, dedicating her professional attention to the non-profit sector.

Robert Schendle
Technical Project Manager

Robert has spent his entire career in the nonprofit world. He has managed educational and technology initiatives for organizations such as the KIPP Foundation, The Washington Center, and DC Public Schools. At a San Francisco-based global health organization, he co-led the design of a CRM-powered web app to track the development of drugs and vaccines for diseases of the developing world. He joined Freeflow Digital in 2015, where he helps nonprofits leverage CRM and other technology to fully realize their missions. He holds a Bachelor's in Management from Tulane University and a J.D. from Tulane Law School. Robert and his wife live in Silver Spring, MD with their rescue dogs, Lucky and Iko.

Alan Sherry
Senior Web Developer

Alan started his career as a graphic designer and front-end developer before deciding to explore the other end of the spectrum in software development. Being cross-disciplinary in this way gives him unique understanding of the software creation process. At Freeflow Alan uses his talents to develop, manage, and maintain complex websites using Drupal. Alan holds a BM from McGill University.

Dave Erwin
Web Developer

Dave is a front-end focused Drupal developer who ensures that the look and feel of web projects adheres closely to design. His expertise allows him to deliver complex site building and theming solutions so clients data can be stored, accessed, and displayed in ways that suit their strategic needs. Dave is also a key member of the Drupal module development team.

Eric Paul
Web Developer

Eric brings more than 10 years of experience developing client/server applications with PHP and Drupal. From enterprise-level CMS systems down to the one-off brochure site, he's developed in many different contexts for many different purposes. Most of his days are spent in the backend of application development, but he got his start in the front-end of things, and is truly a full-stack engineer. Eric earned B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University, where he also pursued graduate studies in Computer Science centered around Robotics and Automation.

Jesse Firestone
Web Developer

Jesse has been a web technologist since 2005. The bulk of his experience has been focused on Drupal sites in the government and nonprofit sectors, including clients like NOAA, Start2Farm.gov, and the Chalkboard Project. He has formally studied Information and Security Assurance, and these days he is working with data, user workflow, and technical planning. His passions include psychology, music, and enjoying the outdoors near Bend, Oregon with his incredibly handsome dog, Tyberius.

Lane Trisko
Database Developer and Analyst

Lane has many years of experience in data-driven technology consulting, data analysis, data warehousing, CRM implementation, data migration, reporting/dashboarding, and designing data structures. His background and proficiency give him a unique ability to help clients get the most out of their data and CRM systems like Salesforce, Avectra and Convio Luminate.

Lisa Godare
Web Developer

Lisa does everything with Drupal, and has been active on the platform for over 4 years. Lisa has special expertise in module development and theming, and has worked on clients including National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Center for Budget and Policy Priorities, and PetSmart Charities.  In her free time, she volunteers with local non profit organizations, and joined Freeflow to combine her work skills with her love of non-profits (and kitties). She is a Acquia Certified Drupal Developer.

Rebecca Watkins
CRM and Data Engineer

Rebecca is fully experienced in CRM development and support, data integration and migration, creating and refining tracking systems, consulting, database support, and providing excellent and forward thinking customer service. Rebecca plays an essential role in allowing Freeflow client to successfully migrate content from tools Convio CMS, Joomla, and WordPress, into the Drupal CMS. Rebecca has an MS in Computer Science.
